1. No Guarantee of Specific Results

You understand you are paying for education, consulting, and access to resources — not a guaranteed profit or return.

2. Educational Use Only

The content, materials, and tools provided by Deal Magnet Academy are for educational purposes only. We do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. You should consult with licensed professionals before making any investment decisions.

3. Non‑Disparagement

Both you (the Client) and Bratch Investments Inc. agree not to slander, defame, or disparage each other publicly or privately, including on social media, review platforms, or online forums. Truthful statements required by law or in legal proceedings are not restricted by this term.

4. Limitation of Liability

Bratch Investments Inc. provides training, consulting, and access to resources “as is.”

We are not liable for your investment choices or any losses you may incur.

We do not warrant that every deal presented in our database will be suitable or profitable.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Deal Magnet Academy program in the 30 days prior to any claim.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

We stand by our program with a 30‑day refund policy.

If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing info@reistar.com.

After 30 days, no refunds will be provided.

6. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, system failures, government actions, or internet outages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada (or your home jurisdiction if you are located elsewhere). Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

8. Entire Agreement

These Terms represent the full agreement between you and Bratch Investments Inc. regarding the Deal Magnet Academy program and replace any prior agreements or understandings.

9. Severability

If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections remain fully enforceable.

10. Assignment

You may not transfer or assign your enrollment, membership, or access to Deal Magnet Academy without written permission from Bratch Investments Inc.
